Quality Control Systems
In-Line Quality Control
Every garment is inspected at every step of the production process. In-line QC inspectors are stationed throughout the factory floor, identifying and addressing issues at the source before they can propagate to subsequent stages. This real-time quality management approach significantly reduces defect rates and ensures that problems are caught and corrected immediately.
Final Quality Control
Before any shipment leaves our facility, a final quality inspection is conducted according to AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards, typically AQL 1.0 to 2.5 depending on client requirements. Random sampling inspection ensures that every batch meets the specified quality criteria before release.
In-House Testing Laboratory
DALI maintains an on-site testing laboratory equipped to perform the full range of physical and chemical tests required for garment quality verification:
