DALI Enterprise's China headquarters, located in Jinjiang, Fujian Province, represents the cornerstone of our vertically integrated manufacturing model. Founded in 1986 by Ms. Chen Shengkui, this facility has grown from a single factory into a comprehensive manufacturing cluster that controls every stage of garment production — from raw yarn to finished product.
Jinjiang sits at the epicenter of China's textile industry, providing access to the nation's deepest pool of textile engineering expertise, raw material suppliers, and specialized equipment manufacturers. This strategic location has enabled DALI to build and maintain a truly end-to-end production capability that few competitors can match.

DALI Headquarters — Jinjiang
The headquarters facility serves as the nerve center for design, research and development, sample production, and international trade coordination. This is where client partnerships are managed, new products are developed, and quality standards are established before being deployed across the global production network.
DALI Fabric Factory
Our in-house fabric production facility operates 105 fabric knitting machines, producing the knitted, modal, bamboo fiber, and microfiber materials that form the foundation of our garments. By controlling fabric production internally, we eliminate quality variability and ensure complete traceability from fiber source to finished textile.
DALI Elastic Tape Factory
Elastic components are critical to garment performance, particularly in underwear and babywear categories. DALI's dedicated elastic tape factory produces customized elastics to precise specifications, ensuring consistent stretch recovery, width stability, and comfort across every production batch.
DALI Socks Factory — Jiangsu
Our specialized socks manufacturing facility in Jiangsu Province produces ankle socks, crew socks, no-show socks, stockings, and athletic running socks. This dedicated facility allows us to maintain the specialized knitting equipment and technical expertise required for high-quality hosiery production.
DALI Garment Production Plants — Fujian
The main garment production facilities in Fujian house fully automatic computerized spreading and cutting machines, computerized pattern-making systems, and complete sewing and finishing lines. These plants handle the full range of DALI's garment categories with precision and efficiency.

Quality Control Systems
Quality at the China base is maintained through a multi-layered inspection protocol. In-line quality control inspectors monitor every production stage, from fabric receipt through cutting, sewing, and finishing. Our in-house testing laboratory performs color fastness, pH, shrinkage, dimensional stability, and bursting strength testing. All procedures conform to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 requirements.

The China base serves three critical functions in our global manufacturing strategy. First, it provides complete vertical integration for orders requiring maximum quality control and shortest lead times. Second, it acts as the innovation hub where new products, materials, and techniques are developed before being deployed to Cambodia.
