DALI Enterprise was founded by Ms. Chen Shengkui in Jinjiang, Fujian Province — the heartland of China's textile industry. Our China headquarters serves as the nerve center for design, research and development, and international trade coordination.
With fully automatic computerized spreading and cutting machines, 105 fabric knitting machines, and our own in-house fabric and elastic tape factories, the China base ensures complete vertical integration for the most demanding quality specifications.

Our Cambodia facilities operate within the Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone, offering EBA duty-free access to all 27 EU member states — saving partners 6-12% on tariff costs. This strategic location combines competitive production costs with seamless European market access.
With 3 factories, 80 production lines, and 2,700+ skilled sewing operators using Juki and Brother industrial machines, our Cambodia base produces 15 million garments and 3 million pairs of socks every month — all tracked via ERP systems with 100% production traceability.
