Equipment & Workforce
Cambodia facilities are equipped with industry-leading production technology including fully automatic spreading and cutting machines, Juki and Brother industrial sewing machines, and automated finishing equipment. Our 2,700+ skilled sewing operators undergo comprehensive training at the DALI Training Centre, ensuring consistent craftsmanship across all production lines.
All production is monitored through ERP systems providing 100% traceability — from fabric batch to finished carton. This transparency allows clients to track their orders in real-time and provides complete accountability throughout the manufacturing process.

DALI Cambodia maintains the highest standards of ethical manufacturing. Our Cambodia operations are certified under Better Work Cambodia (ILO/IFC program), WRAP Gold, and BSCI. We maintain a strict code of conduct including:
